Investigative Science Incorporated has extensive experience in the assessment and remediation of both industrially contaminated sites and properties involved in real estate transaction/ re-development. Our current practice is mostly centered on environmental forensic audits, insurance claims, litigation support, biological soil remediation, waste characterization and removal of non-routine materials. We also have expertise in hazardous waste audits and removal management.

Investigative Science Incorporated is also completely equipped to conduct remote site work in areas with no road access. We possess a complete set of remote site camping gear and mobile laboratory equipment, specifically designed to fit through the door of bush planes. Through our network of contacts, we are also able to conduct remote site drilling and subsurface investigations.

Investigative Science Incorporated can carry out these tests by Canadian standards (Spirit of GLP) and by international standards (OECD GLP). ISI has been registered to the ISO 9001 standard since 1996, is ISO 17025 compliant, and holds a Health Canada Establishment Licence for analysis of pharmaceuticals. We are also an accredited verifier for the Canadian ETV program.
